Funds are available for either: 100% of purchase + rehab = 75% of the After Repair Value (ARV) *OR* 90% of the purchase price + 100% of the construction funds.
Can I get a loan for my LLC to buy, rehab, and then rent a property?
Yes! We offer lending for short-term projects as well as offer buy-and-hold loans for up to 30 years.
What kind of rates can I expect on a short term loan?
5% - 14% interest rate plus 2 - 4 points….it all depends on the property and the details unique to your project.
How long can I borrow money for my project?
Financing is available in a variety of lengths: 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months.
I need cash for a couple of weeks between the finish of the rehab and before I can qualify for a refinance (cash-out refi). Can you lend on this?

10 to 14 business days - time depends on the property itself and how quickly you fill out documents
Can my business get a non-recourse loan?
